To confirm your registration, deliver event access, and manage webinar participation.
Email and transactional SMS reminders
To send webinar confirmation, reminders, access updates, support messages, replay availability notices, and other service-related communications.
Marketing and offers
To share webinar updates, educational content, and information about our program by email, ads, and SMS only where permitted and, for promotional SMS, only where separate SMS marketing consent has been provided.
Improvement and security
To analyze site performance, protect our systems, and improve user experience.
SMS and text consent
Providing your phone number during webinar registration is optional. If you provide your phone number and submit the registration form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from EcomLinked related to your webinar registration, including confirmation, reminders, access updates, support, and replay availability. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, and reply HELP for help.
Marketing or promotional text messages may only be sent where you have separately provided promotional SMS consent, such as by checking an optional, unchecked promotional SMS consent box. Transactional webinar SMS consent and promotional SMS consent are treated separately.
Cookies and tracking pixels
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to understand visitor behavior, measure campaign performance, and improve our advertising. This includes the TikTok pixel and similar conversion tracking tools.
These tools may collect event data such as page visits, clicks, form submissions, and conversions. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly without them.
Third parties and processors
We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, including WebinarNinja for webinar registration and delivery, TikTok for advertising and conversion tracking, and our email and SMS provider for messaging and automation.
We may also use hosting, analytics, security, support, and payment processing partners as needed to run the site and our programs. These providers are used to operate our services and are not authorized to use your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent for their own marketing.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense. We may share information with processors, business partners, legal authorities when required, and acquirers in the event of a merger, reorganization, or sale of assets. We may also share aggregated or deidentified information that does not reasonably identify you.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
