These terms apply to EcomLinked and cover our webinar, website, communications, and the e-commerce education and funding-related program we offer.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing this site, registering for the webinar, or using any related service, you agree to these terms and to any posted updates. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Description of the service
We provide a free training webinar and, for selected participants, a paid, selective e-commerce education and funding-related program. The program is designed to provide education, operational support, and access to business funding opportunities for qualified participants.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the site or participate in the program. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
No guarantee of results
Education, business funding, and marketing support do not guarantee sales, profits, account approval, funding approval, or any specific result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including market conditions, your actions, and the quality of your business execution.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when you register or apply.
- Use the site and services only for lawful purposes.
- Do not misuse, copy, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the site, content, or systems.
- Keep your account, phone, and email details current so we can reach you with important updates.
Email and SMS communications
By registering for the webinar, you agree that EcomLinked may send you email communications related to your registration, webinar access, reminders, replay availability, support, and program information.
Providing your phone number is optional. If you provide your phone number and submit the registration form, you consent to receive transactional text messages from EcomLinked related to the webinar, including confirmation, reminders, access updates, support, and replay availability. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, and reply HELP for help.
Marketing or promotional text messages are separate from transactional webinar messages. EcomLinked may send promotional SMS only where you have separately provided promotional SMS consent, such as by checking an optional, unchecked promotional SMS consent box.
Funding and business decisions
EcomLinked is not a bank, lender, financial advisor, legal advisor, tax advisor, or investment advisor. Any funding-related education, examples, or program materials are provided for general business education and do not guarantee approval, financing, credit terms, revenue, profit, or any specific business result. You are responsible for your own business decisions and should consult qualified professionals when needed.
Intellectual property
All site content, design elements, logos, training materials, video, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by EcomLinked or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
Disclaimers
The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
